She has over 20 years' experience in corporate and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on shareholders’ litigation, liability actions against companies' management and insolvency-related litigation.
In July 2022, Stefano GIOVANNETTI has joined the firm as a partner to expand the services and expertise. The firm has been rebranded to CARAT & PARTNERS. Stefano brought to the firm his extensive experience of over 25 years in the financial industry and renowned law firms. He has in-depth expertise in fund structuring, investment due diligence, transactional and corporate assistance.
In June 2026, CARAT & PARTNERS has proudly welcomed Amélie BAGNÈS as a new partner who brings with her the valuable expertise gained in renowned law firms in Luxembourg and in her own law firm that she founded and managed since 2016. She has been focusing on corporate, civil and commercial litigation for 20 years.
