Marie-Laure was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2005.
She specialises in commercial and corporate litigation and pre-litigation. During her career she has been involved in major national and international corporate, finance and insolvency-related litigation cases in Luxembourg.
As a member of the ALMJ ("Association Luxembourgeoise des Mandataires de Justice") , she is regularly appointed by the Court as Bankruptcy Trustee ("Curateur") and Liquidator.
She is a member of the AIGLI ("Associazione Internazionale Giuristi di Lingua Italiana"), ALJB ("Association Luxembourgeoise des Juristes de Droit Bancaire") and CFCIL ("Chambre Française de Commerce et d'Industrie au Luxembourg").

Stefano has more than 25 years of experience in the Luxembourg fund industry, with extensive expertise in securities services and fund administration, having spent over 14 years working for international banking corporations.
